Responsible for workforce planning & complete recruitment life cycle for PAN India. 2. The job requires efficient hiring with key focus on hiring metrics like TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition Vs Hired, and Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire. 3. Responsible for Workforce Planning for PAN India. 4. Identifying critical, unique/niche & mass positions for building a talent pipeline. 5. Industry/Organization mapping for critical positions. 6. Complete recruitment life cycle management for the assigned business positions. 7. Effective utilization of internal and external sources of recruitment like (HR Activ, IJPs, consultants, employee referrals, job sites, social media, OTR etc.). 8. Mapping applicants to the position on the basis of hiring guidelines laid down with due focus on quality. 9. Ensure that the candidate possesses the required skills set/behavioral competence and can be aligned to the organization culture via HR round of interview. 10.. Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with head-hunters, line manager & candidates. 11.
