Tata Docomo: Title: Pathetic and Irresponsible response from TATA. I have been using TATA Photon since 2008 and have believed in their service, till 28th July’13. Pathetic network/internet service on my #9222731169 in Sasaram, Bihar for which I registered a Complaint # TEST12023454. On which, I received a message stating that problem is resolved. The problem persisted and when I contacted the service centre , I received the response that problem resolved for service request # PTCD1266355. Only they know the connection between the Complaint Number and Service Request Number. On chasing them again, I received a call from the Service Centre today evening, where the Representative told me impolitely that he has called to inform that nothing can be done for this issue as the said region falls under “Photon Biz” and not under “Photon plus” network. Post that, he just hung up on me. Certain questions that TATA Docomo needs to answer: • How is that I was able to use Photon in the said area for the past 4 years? • How is there no network in the so called Photon Biz region? As per my understanding, Photon Biz is comparatively slower than Photon Plus thereby a photon Plus user will be operating the stick at slower speed. • How is that Photon does not cater to Sasaram which is the District head town? • How can a Service Centre Rep be so rude and immature while handling customer queries ? • Is TATA going to compensate for the loss that I had to face in absence of the network? It is SAD to say that such a reputed brand is fast losing its value and popularity. I have been an ardent fan of TATA brand, will no longer be able to rely on them in future. Tata Docomo
