Our beautiful Tate Pump House, located along the Platte River Trails at the White Water Park in Casper, is now available for rent as an event venue. With an overall guest capacity of 250, the space beautifully lends itself to wedding receptions, wine tastings, business functions and social celebrations. We’ve added lovely new furniture to the Pump House’s adjoining patio to further enhance the opportunity for guests to enjoy a picturesque setting, unlike any other in the area. To assist clients in both the planning and the management of their events, we have enlisted the services of an on-site Professional Event Coordinator and Certified Wedding Planner to make certain that all of our customers’ creative visions are brought to life. Coming to the Tate Pump House from a position as Event Coordinator and Wedding Planner for a South Carolina Country Club, Robyn Reynolds Fischer has extensive experience in Event Planning and Food and Beverage Management. She says she is looking forward to all the Pump House has to offer. “This facility is absolutely exquisite. We have such a refined dining and event space accommodating large windows indoors, that provide magnificent views of Casper Mountain. I can’t imagine a lovelier space,” says Reynolds Fischer. With a full-size kitchen on site, Reynolds Fischer has signed eight, innovative Casper chefs to provide visually pleasing, delicious cuisine for her clients. In order to provide a variety of menus and price points, customers can choose the menu from the caterer of their choice. Silver Fox, Gegi’s LLC, Eggington’s, Bull Whip Catering, Herbadashery, Plated with Kyle Hunsicker, H.Q. Barbecue and The Dashing Dish have all signed on to provide catering services. Reynolds Fischer says she will work with her clients to achieve a memorable and successful event. “I will work with our customers on each and every defining detail of their functions. I want our clients to enjoy their parties or seminars without worrying about the food, the presentation or the service.
