Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup well and spread across beef. Sprinkle a layer of cheese across soup mixture. Put layer of tator tots across cheese Cover and bake 45 minutes At 45 minutes, uncover and sprinkle more cheese and bake uncovered another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. **WARNING** this is lava hot. My husband couldnt believe how hot this was after taking a serving out of the dish. When serving to children, place serving on plate and spread it out a bit and let cool for at least 8-10 minutes.
