Taught the ladies today at Golden Bridge Yoga... Super natural Meditations.. Met my friend Michael from Nosara who took the most EPIC pictures of Sokhna and I for Original Woman Promo material, Meditated with the trees in Williamburg, hung out with my neighbors and planned a Special Gong Bath just for them, And if you knew my neighbors who hang out in front of my studio you would understand why they need there very own GONG BATH!
