Tax Return filing time extended to October 31st in Uttarakhand The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has extended the filing time of tax return of all the assessee residing or those being assessed in Uttarakhand. The new time limit of filing of return is set to 31st October but only in Uttarakhand. This is due to the recent severe natural calamity.
