This direct hire position provides administrative support to the Human Resource Manager in development, coordination, and application of HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage all administrative tasks during the recruitment process from beginning to end for non-exempt employees to include on-boarding for all new hires. • Maintain documentation regarding payroll, benefits and employee files. • Heavy recruiting administration of non-exempt employees, including first initial phone screen or interview, setting up interviews, performing reference and/or background checks, new hire paperwork and orientations, E-Verify, etc. • Performs Administrative office duties which may include assistance with filing, report writing, assistance with meeting preparation. • Work closely with Department Manager in order to ensure timely filling of applicable temporary positions; accurate and timely documentation provided by temp services. • Manage current employee files, termination files, benefits folders for compliance. • Ensure I9s are updated, accurate and in compliance. • Update birthday and anniversaries on the ADP system. • Provides assistance in communicating various HR-related procedures and policies. • Provides HR customer service to employees and others reaching out to the HR department. • Assist with the back-end process of terminations such as informing I.T. and conducting exit interviews. • Monitors, tracks and follows up as needed the various components of performance management (i.e. Introductory and Annual Reviews). • High school diploma; Associate’s degree preferred but not required. • Must have at least three years of HR related experience. • Monitors, tracks and follows up as needed the various components of training and development (i.e. Job specific, Safety, etc.) • Experience in recruitment in a high volume environment. • Knowledge and experience with ADP Workforce Now. • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products to include, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. MSO Call Center Customer Service Office/Clerical Support Full Time-80 8-5. occassionally 8-7 and 8-12 Sat Schedules appointments, takes messages and maintains patient demographic information within the electronic health record. Contributes to the efficient operation of SAMG Clinics by answering patient phone calls and accurately scheduling patient appointments for the clinics. Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Customer service experience and knowledge of clerical processes required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great organization and attention to detail. Above average written communication skills required. Ability to identify, escalate and route priority issues to the appropriate resource. Must enjoy helping patients and their families. Ability to multitask and use several computer programs at once while dealing with patients on the phone. Must have high energy and project a professional company image through phone interaction.
