Te Amo Wednesday !!! Midweeks is there and the weather is unbelievable - No wind but sunny, clear sky, flat waters - time to snorkel, dive, Sup, caiaque.... or just chill on the beach. Yesterday we had a great Vibe on the Beach with some nice friends celebrating our friend Joop Calexicos B-day - the man who ha slept kurt truck alive and knows the engine as good as we know our grill.... Then we where surprised by the visit of our good friend Mr. Firas !!! He is a solid one and helped us so much in the beginning of Kite City in everything he could - painting, carrying, setting up, ... - we are glad to have him back. Back to food: Today we got Wahoo !!!! Long time ago. Also great black Tuna. So we go out with Red Snapper, Wahoo and Tuna fresh and remade a significant amount of Pressed Tuna Burgers from Yellow Fin Tuna.
