Teacher HELPLINE! Samantha writes: Im a first year teacher, and I dont see my contract being renewed at the end of this year. Its been a VERY rough year and my principal and I dont have a good working relationship. Im worried about how this is going to affect my chances of getting another job in the future, since I dont think interviewers want to hear that my last boss might not give me a great reference. Any advice or tips would be helpful. Thanks!
