TeacherR: Hi, K. I just have one question for Thai education system. Yesterday, I went to Hua Hin and met two Dr. of education. The amazing point is that the first person got a degree of science, and a master of administration and finally got a Doctoral of education and he is now a teacher of English, History and Maths. The second one got a degree of Thai language, a master of politics and a doctoral of education, and he is now a teacher of English, maths and biology. Do you think this makes sense? because this will never happen in my country. The fact is that you cannot teach maths and biology if you got a degree of Thai and a master of politics. Most importantly, you cannot get a doctoral of education if you got a degree of Thai language, or science. How can you call them Dr. of education just because they just study about education for their doctoral? TeacherK: What I can say is that I couldnt agree with you more Rudolf. Thats all I can say about Thai education.
