Teachers, administrators and school board members are influenced - TopicsExpress

Teachers, administrators and school board members are influenced by the dynamic of the Reciprocation Rule. This unwritten rule says that you should repay in kind what another person has given you. This rule works both in the positive as well as the negative. If your ability to feed and cloth your family depends on your adherence to the common core, your cognitive dissonance of the toxic affects of the common core standards will be diminished as your mind and heart swim in an ocean of denial. During my campaign effort one teacher declined putting up my yard sign even though she supported my anti-common core stance. She stated that if she were to show any outward support for me, her job might be on the line. Yet, something drove school Principles within the system to ask teachers to take a sign of my opponent as was reported to me by a couple of teachers who would not take the sign. If this be true, those Principles too are within a monolithic system that gobbles up the dissenting mind. Who suffers? The children. Those within the system are incentivized with money and benefits. They will be shunned by their peers if they falter. The indoctrination for common core continues with teacher development. Another teacher told me that Nebo administration had told them that if they could not get on board with common core without complaint, they might as well just go find another job. They are encouraged to say only positive things and stay the course. Really? A worthy system of education will solicit input of all kinds to modify the construct and build it to be even better. To stifle any criticism....well, you tell me. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it. Listen to this courageous teacher. https://youtube/watch?v=iGg8XXk8ArU
