Teachers who shop at area Walmart stores this week are eligible to receive a Walmart eGift card for 10 percent back on purchases of some 15,000 products—from pencils and glue to classroom décor. The Back to the Classroom teacher eGift card program is part of the retailers Teacher Appreciation Week. To access the savings, teachers should follow these steps: • Shop Walmart stores for classroom supplies. • Visit walmart/teachers by Aug. 15 to register receipts by entering their school information and receipt transaction code. • Savings on eligible items from select departments* will be delivered on a Walmart eGift card via email within 14 days of submitting the receipt online.
