Teaching is the essence of life and teaching never end, its always a two way process between the teacher and the student, as its information has to update to adapt to every new changes in life, creativity is the mechanism of learning, therefore there is no test to determine the IQ of the people (our children), there is only examination to their level of progress and the teacher is to help them to increase their creativity and strength through analysis and not by scoring, to help them realise their weakness, in this way, all competition is not necessary, all ego based and falsehood education will be obsolete. With proper cultivation in the evolution of the mind without rigid control and ridiculous discipline, the foundation of our society will be completely different.
