Team APM Crew and my follower, Considering the inspiration and the motivation u earned from my profile and the fact that we market Team APM via events and fun I will like to remind you all that you need to learn and absorb my advices which made me to be where I am today. We dont have to just have fun and forget our objectives as Team APM and our objective as individual, theres still an authenticity Gap (what we say and what we do) in our Crew and we need authenticity people (trustworthy People) we need to dis engage people and we need a flow of goals, we need to be the change we want to see. I am here to Empower, Advice, encourage educate and be involved as well, I have the tenacity (Push / Keep on /Persist), I know sometime I became Brutal cause being open and straight forward to the point creates fairness of understanding. Who is APM? APM its young man with good communication interpersonal skills, He finds life to be very challenging and fascinating. His Academic background and Proper mentorship has made him to be an asset to Co-operate and Industrial Environment. He has developed a strong ability to plan; budget, provide distinctive advice and he can really absorb pressure .He has the heart of making a difference in young people. APM is too influential /He has an ability to win others to his way of thinking he has an ability to get people to like him and he is very persuasive and able to change people’s minds without resentment (Not manipulative).He respect with integrity he has trust , he is honest and considerate. Team APM was formed last year in Augusts after a group of APM followers brainstormed APM success which came out of academic background and looked at APMs character at his level of success and how hes considerate to everyone then initiated a Team which will be of APM inspiration Fun crew which later APM decided it has to expand more into making a difference in people’s lifes than fun. What is APM mission about TEAM APM ? What are Team APM Objectives Enhance young people to believe in themselves / be positive on their goals. Attract and have a positive impact in the community via career uplift-ment. Develop positive mind sets of life. Equip members about Entrepreneurship Empower /Educate/ encourage about life Source/help entrepreneur’s members to obtain funding. Source employment for pre- qualified members, experienced members and Students. Source/ Help for school/Tertiary funding Moral Support to unfortunate members and assist accordingly to better their lifes. Considering that we are living in the ERA where most young people are exposed to a Bling life we then creates opportunities to be exposed to the fun base sessions that has an advantage of exposure. Team APM is still at a Rational Logical stage Creating awareness Changing perception Change attitude and behavior Projection and planning Obtain Buy in Gaining confidence We are not far from being at our Emotional Magic stage where we will Build the empire Implements the objectives Get Going in Gautrain Operate and start monitoring the output
