Team Bradyn Charity Golf Classic Bradyn ~ Visiting hours and funeral arrangements for all wishing to attend. Bradyn Hunter DAgostino age 3, of Falmouth. died on December 3, 2014. He was the beloved son of Buddy I. D’Agostino of Plymouth and Samantha (Sears) D’Agostino of Falmouth, brother of Bailey M. D’Agostino and grandson of Richard Sears of South Yarmouth, Cynthia Kromelbein of Falmouth, Nicola D’Agostino and Catherine D’Agostino,both of Plymouth. He is also survived by his aunts, Linda Ann Conley and Marybeth Haley, both of Waltham, great grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Bradyn was born on March 23, 2011 in Jacksonville, NC. He was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma Pediatric Cancer in August 2013. After a long hard fought battle, he passed away on December 3, 2014 surrounded by his family. *Visiting hours: Sunday, December 7, 2014 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at: Hallett Funeral Home 273 Station Ave. South Yarmouth, MA *Funeral service: South Yarmouth United Methodist Church 322 Old Main Street South Yarmouth, MA.
