Team CPH had a great competition on the weekend which was exceptionally well run by the new ACTDA committee! Even though the competition was smaller than usual with a number of riders being lucky enough to have made the trip to Normandy to watch WEG, there was no shortage of talent, it was great fun warming up with & competing against so many stunning horses & riders! I was very proud of Rossi winning his PSG and Inter 1. Sunny did great job with a win in the Elementarys even though Im still learning to control all his extravagent expression in the test! He is really enjoying the step up to Elementary however it is still very new for him. Stephanie Langiers talented boy Romeo was exceptionally super scoring over 72% in the Prelim & also with a win in the Novice! We are so proud of our students! Kirsten Volz did a fantastic job riding her pony Sparrow in two prelims for a second place! This is Sparrows first competition since their move to Canberra, and the combination have been training very hard at home! Mia Dragila rode two great tests on her boy Bijou, the combination is new to this level and scored just under 62% in both tests placing well. Elizabeth Townsend blew us away riding our young horse Santa for a 72% test in the Prelim, and riding her first ever Medium on Jelenas lovely schoolmaster Ben. Thank you to our new German friend, Carla, for having the horses all ready on time & looking amazing!! Thank you again to the committee for a super competition! Thank you Stephanie for giving me such a talented horse to campaign!
