Team Hurlburt: The Kerwood Gate will be open 3:30 through 6 p.m. Monday through Friday for outbound traffic only (excluding family and safety days). Drivers may exit eastbound or westbound onto Hwy. 98. The intent is to provide an alternative exit point from the base to relieve congestion at the main gate. Currently, wait times are approximately 10 to 90 seconds for drivers who leave the installation through the Kerwood Gate.
