TEAM LEADER ROMAN RIDGE, 2 LAVENDAR WAY, SHEFFIELD £8.79 PER HOUR 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK TO BE WORKED ON A SHIFT PATTERN COVERING 7 DAYS A WEEK Due to the growth of our Home Care business, we are looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Team Leader who has excellent organisational skills and who is able to lead and supervise a team of Community Carers. As part of your role, you will cover community calls, co-ordinate care and carry out assessments with new Clients. You will also assist in the management of our on-call phone service participating on a rota basis. Ideally you will be qualified or be willing to undertake QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. It is equally important to us that you are approachable, caring and compassionate.
