Team Strength Ladder - Snatch + OHS Men 115# - 245# - Women 75# - 165# On the command Lift, the team will have 50 seconds to complete the men’s bar and the women’s bar. There is no requirement on which male or female must lift. The only requirement to advance is that the bar is successfully lifted through a Snatch + OHS. One person working at a time. 1 Point for each athlete that successfully completes the complex at each station. You do not need to lift at each station, however in order to advance the bar must be successfully lifted by one of the athletes (gender specific, ex. if both men fail they can no longer advance, but if at least one of the women succeed they both can advance) Tiebreaker points can be scored by performing burpees during any remaining time at your station. Only athletes that successfully lifted the weight at that station are eligible to perform burpees. Each rep begins on the ground. Muscle, Power or Full snatches are acceptable. After the hips have reached full extension and control is established, the athlete must complete an OHS. OHS is CrossFit Standard of hip crease below parallel and full hip extension with full bar control at the top. Athletes cannot rest the bar on their body between the Snatch and the OHS. The bar must stay in the overhead position. If an athlete drops to a knee at any point the reps does not count and must begin again. If any part of the athlete leaves to the lifting area, the rep must begin again. We will release a video showing flow of this ladder
