Team Tahiti have arrived into Rarotonga along with the first of the Australian contingent. Today we will profile 2 more of our athletes who will compete at the Oceania Championships. Rodman Teltull 100 metres / 200 metres Federation: Palau Age: 20 Personal Best: 100 metres: 10.87 200 metres: 22.07 Season Best 100 metres: 10.90 200 metres: 22.30 Rodman had the experience of representing Palau at the first Youth Olympic Games held in Singapore in 2010. In that same year he also represented Palau at his first World junior Championships in Moncton Canada. In 2011 he stepped up to the senior ranks attending the World Championships in Daegu. This was followed by his first Olympic experience in London in 2012. Rodman is the Bronze medallist from the 2013 Pacific Mini Games in Wallis and Futuna and it was from the outstanding performances at this event that Rodman received an IAAF HPTC Scholarship to train at the Centre on the Gold Coast. He began training at the Centre early this year. He is a fan of all sports but in particular basketball. Rodman is the current Palau 100 metre and 200 metre record holder. Following the Oceania Championships Rodman will head to Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia to compete at the Micronesian Games.
