Team here is a great 6 x 5 mins circuit for you to develop your grappling bottom game conditioning. Nothing beats rolling for rolling conditioning but when you dont always have a partner grab a bell and have a crack . 10 reps of each exercise and just keep going. 1 minute rest between sets. 1. Doubles Clean and Press 2. Doubles Bent Forward Row 3. Single Lateral Swing. 4. Bell Pushups 5. Guard Punch with Bells 6. Open Guard Drill with Doubles 180 degrees 7. Sit Throughs Snatch. Good luck.
