Team, you should be insanely proud to know that our beloved and hilarious Sean MacMillen is going to represent Team RWB and speak at the Runners World Half Marathon and Festival in October. I honestly am thrilled for Sean and more importantly thrilled for Team RWB and how they go it so very right! Sean is the perfect choice. I am honored to call him my friend. He is a leader, an inspiration, a man who has walked the walk and he keeps me in line and focused constantly! Please help me congratulate Sean! Here is what Sean shared with others yesterday: Thanks to Mike Erwin and Team Red, White & Blue, I have been asked to speak at the Runners World Half Marathon and Festival in October. Words cannot even begin to describe how fired up and excited I am to share my story and the impact that Team RWB has had on my life (and thousands of others)! There are way too many people to thank, but the biggest thank you goes to Mike for giving me this opportunity. There are so many folks I have come in contact with through Team RWB that continue to inspire and motivate me, not just to become a better athlete, but more importantly - a better man! I am still in shock that I was asked to do this and will represent Team RWB to the best of my ability. There are so many folks who have helped who shape who I am. A huge shout out to my family who have stood by me in the good times and the bad (and the wicked schedule I keep up with) ......(Sean named a ton of names here from Team RWB)...........You all continue to humble me....teach me....lead me...and for some reason follow me! Team RWB may be full of great athletes, but that pales in comparison to the AWESOME people you will find in Team RWB!
