Teamrider Charles Meissonnier has defended his 1st Place at the French national championships is Buggy Racing. Check out his report: --------------- During the weekend of May 29 to 31, 2014 , the French Kite buggy championships took place on the beach in Saint-Jean-de-Monts in Vendee. These 3 days of competition counted double as they determine the french champion (results of these three days of competition) and finalised the national ranking (results of 4 national races and the french championship together). Unfortunately, only 4 races were run in very light wind . As I am not the most efficient in this kind of conditions, I unfortunately only finished 6th place, but with my Blériot- club Le Touquet teammates, Alexis Verhaeghe and Pierre MOERMANS, we finished French team champions! Thanks to my constancy, I managed to defend my first place to the national ranking after 22 races in the season - 9 races in La Franqui (11) : 2nd- 5 races in Lestrevet (29) : 1st- 1 race in Hermanville sur Mer ( 14) : 2nd- 3 races in Dunkerque (59): 5th- 4 races in Saint-Jean-de-Monts ( 85) : 6th Note the results of the other team riders for the French championship : Denis SANCHEZ : 10th Alex GIRAL : 35th -------- Congratulations to all you guys!
