Each child must have a form filled out by his/her doctor before the first day of practice, so hit me up asap for that and registration form. We can arrange getting that to you before registration day. The price is only $85. All equipment along with uniforms are included. The ages are from 4-14 and they are split up in different divisions. If you dont have the money today, thats fine, just make sure you register so that your can secure a spot for your child.
