Tears without Water ***** Have you ever been knocked down? To the extend You no longer felt the pain anymore Have you ever sacrificed your very best? And all the accolades deserved you Quashed and washed ashore Have you ever prayed so hard for that one request? And all you see is others grabbing theirs With more grace Have you missed someone so dearly? You wished you had one last moment To touch their face Have you ever gone ‘mad’ for some few seconds? When you whispered those words to yourself To feel brand new Have you ever written someone a letter? And after giving those wrong wording a second thought You decided to burn the stained paper into ashes Have you ever cried without tears?
