Technical Helpdesk / Engineer (Australia Market) (RM 2,800 - RM 3,000) Location: KL Central Working Hours: 6.30AM - 4.30PM -Candidates must undertake system analyst,technical design,implementation and maintenance of solutions applied to customer infrastructure incorporating technologies such as network,IP Telephony, security,systems,storage and wireless solutions. -Candidates must work closely with project managers and share major responsibility in managing customer expectations at the outset of projects. -Candidates must provide technical support to client through dealing wih complex service queries and problems. Must ensure corporate customer satisfaction standards are met. -Must have active communication with the manager(s). -Must provide high level of customer service. -Must have high level analytical and problem solving skills. -Must complete tasks within the required timeframes.
