Technical Support Engineer Job Description - Perform the helpdesk activities including responding to telephone calls, email and employees requests for assistance. - Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software and LAN infrastructure. - Act as the first line of support for security applications including VPN & Antivirus. - Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service and Internet access, file sharing and ensure timely resolution of all first level problems with minimum supervision - Assure the application of all IT policies and regulations - Back-up and restore users files and devices configuration. - Ensure accurate allocation of information technology assets. - Assure the application of all IT policies and regulations - Manage and operate the network printing monitoring, network monitoring and telephone logging system Job Qualification Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or related field.
