Technically my physical therapy is over, but we have made some pretty amazing progress, enough that the therapist will request more time. The other day I did 12 ab crunches followed by 10 pushups. All nonstop without oxygen. My 02 was at 92 when I was done. This was followed by a walk to the end of the street and back where I dropped to 88. We came in, I sat and my 02 by then was 90 an settled shortly after at 94. We have many more diaphragm exercises we do. Plus I do them on my own. She tells me we can lose the oxygen for the most part if I can continue exercising. My nurses name is Eryn. Spelled any other way does not matter. An Eryn is an Aryn, is an Aaron. 3 people with that name and I cant lose. PS...I officially now weigh less than I did before I got sick. I can wear real clothes again!!!
