Technician/ Network Engineer for a Reputed Internet Broadband - Hyderabad • Job Title: Technicians. • Location: Across Hyderabad. • Educational Qualification: Graduates / B.E / B.Tech /Diploma/ITI (will not consider candidates who have failed in their academics) • Mandatory of Two Wheeler , Valid Driving License, ID Proof & Address Proof: Pan card or pan card registration, and helmet • Salary Range: Maximum of 11000 to 12000/- CTC (includes conveyance, mobile and excludes incentives) • Work experience: Fresher’s or 6 months or more on field work experience is highly beneficial. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • As this is a field job, it involves traveling to customer premises and doing installation of and Trouble shooting of customer’s technical issue. • Take full ownership of the call and ensure that both technical as well as non-technical issues are resolved. • Respond to service requests in a timely manner during anytime of the day as required. • Communicates / works closely with Support center or his immediate Superior. • Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer. • Should have a lot of initiative and enthusiasm while interacting with the customer. • Adhere to the processes as defined by the Department. • Provides detailed documentation for each site visit performed and submits reports in a timely manner. • Participate in internal training. • Proficient with Telugu, Hindi and English • No history of medical illness or accidents Contact Person: Raj Kumar Mobile: +91 7207570907
