Technique to Center: Lots of times we feel out of control and we dont know why. When that happens, sit down and make a list of all the things that are causing stress in your life. It is not to put attention on them but to merely show yourself, how much you are juggling and that you have a good reason to feel the way that you do. In contemplation: Sit still with relaxed breathing and eyes closed. Visualize that you are at the center of a solar system. Visualize the planets rotating around you. Are they all in a perfect rotation? Put the planets in a better orbit so that all are aligned and moving in synchronicity. Move anything that is too close, farther away from you with your intention. Notice yourself calm and relax when everything is in a perfect orbit and you are centered in the middle of it. Continue to breath deep and then allow your attention to notice a billion stars all around you. Be aware of the incredible flux of energy that is your core and which is holding a center for all these heavenly bodies. Feel empowered. Return to this state as much as possible. When something else is added to your day, see how it places in your internal orbit. Make certain it is synchronized with your inner landscape. Feel centered, empowered and competent at all times; because you are. Instead of running for outer validation from others, go to your inner sanctum and realign your orbit.
