Technology is a wonderful thing, when it works. But twice today I have gone through all the instructions on phone trees, hit the right buttons, said the right words to the automated robot on the other end of the phone, and end up having it not understand what I want. When are we, as a people, going to finally say, "enough is enough" and tell these government organizations, businesses, and other entities that we are tired of these automated phone trees that never work?
