Teen running for City Council January 10, 2015 By MARK MARONEY (mmaroney@sungazette) A 19-year-old city man is seeking the Democratic nomination for City Council in the May 18 primary election. Joseph Gigunito says his slogan will be One Voice, Our Voice, and it will start to quickly appear on social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. City Council has three seats open including Jonathan Williamson, Don Noviello and Bonnie Katz.
