Teenager charged with assaulting police – Unanderra A teenager has appeared in court after allegedly assaulting a police officer at Unanderra. About 9.20pm on Saturday 8 June 2013, officers attached to the Police Transport Command – South West Sector arrested a 16-year-old boy at Unanderra Railway Station for an alleged breach of his bail conditions. During the arrest, it’s alleged the boy attempted to bite a policeman, and then purposely scratched the officer’s hand. Officers took the teenager to Wollongong Police Station, where he was charged with breach of bail, resist arrest and two counts of assault police. He was refused bail to appear in Parramatta Children’s Court today.
