Teenager turns himself to police after killing girlfriend An 18-year old teenage boy turned himself to the police with a confession last week, after killing his 24-year old girlfriend. It is reported that the two had an argument which later turned into a ruthless fight that led to the end of his girlfriend’s life. According to Sir Seretse Khama Airport Police Station Commander, Superintendent Banneetse Keakile, the incident happened after the suspect had asked the deceased about her commitment to their relationship as he suspected that she was cheating on him. “A fight ensued before the suspect hit the deceased with a slasher on the head. He then came to inform us about the incident before the police rushed her to the hospital where she was certified dead,” said Keakile. The suspect is still in police custody while investigations are still ongoing.
