Telkom Bayside 1hour queue 1teller and the other staff either hiding in the back or sitting at empty table hoping for new customer applications. Oh and when you get to the front of the queue their card payment machine is off line so you could just as well have paid online in the first place and wasted an hours airtime on hold getting Telkom to react to the five repeat email showing proof of payment. Or Telkom could just behave like other normal businesses and send you invoices to coroborate the amounts they are attempting to extort with their threatening SMS s. Wait but what is it that Telkom actually does again?
