Tell me how we as a people can live in America, see this happening and no one does anything to help...This is a sad generation...People help dogs and animals more than humans...Sad !!! Thank God someone taped this ...please tell me this criminal has been fired and need to be beat down by some fellow officers or inmates...thats where he belongs in prison getting the same treatment...Sad that a woman in 2014 had to suffer this brutality...People, ladies always pull over in safety where youre not alone...some criminals use their badge for protection too...its not just on TV...its real !
