Telling people the truth is never the easiest route one can take, however both parties will always benefit from it in some way. To sugar coat anything is leading people under false pretences, and that is not my nature nor am I a fan of others that do, some people like my honesty and others are offended, well the day I start sugar coating anything is the day I suffer from the mental struggles of truth, and that will never happen, denial is the first step to depression and becoming a shell of your former self. Grab life by the balls, depression is a long dark road that becomes harder to return from with every step you take down that way. Take a good look at yourself and ask the questions you want and answer them truthfully dont sugar coat them, or youll never deal with it or get over it, and above all dont blame anyone but yourself if your not where you want to be, happiness starts with the truth and the cold hard facts you must deal with and overcome before you will ever see that true happiness.
