Temp Freight Coordinator (5 months contract) Location : Tuas *Transportation at Jurong East mrt Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) Pay : S$ 2500/month Job Responsibilities : - Execute and manage all transportation-related processes; - International shipment documentation and customs clearance - Resolution of delivery failures and shipment expedition - Transportation claims processing - Provide ASN for export shipments to dealers - Execute Marine Insurance certificates to the dealers - Manage COO to ensure dealers receives them on time - Manage freight forwarding invoices to the dealers - Provide support on additional tasks required for special outbound shipments - Ensure all safety processes and initiatives are followed to maintain high standards of safety within the facility - Perform analysis on freight movement for improvement opportunities - Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor Requirements : - Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of freight forwarding / shipping / transportation operations experience - Experience with handling shipping documentation - Warehouse operational experience will be an added advantage Interested candidate please send your resume to kimberly.khoo@capitagrp or call 6603 8012 for more info.
