Temp Sales Coordinator (3 months contract) Location : Changi Business Park Working hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm (M-F) Salary : S$ 2000 – S$ 2300/month Job Duties : • Responsible for overall purchasing processes, policies and procedures across SEA region • Manage and drive suppliers’ performance on quality, cost and delivery based on agreement • Lead sourcing exercise (RFI/RFQ) for both direct (parts) and in-direct (logistics services and etc.) material • Verify of invoices against PO to ascertain compliance with all the conditions of purchase prior to payment • Maintains proper documents filling system and work with Suppliers and Finance team resolve and discrepancies or invoicing & payment issues • Lead or participate in projects/initiatives related to purchasing/sourcing matters Requirements : • Diploma / Degree • 1 – 2 years of working experience will be good • Less than 1 yr experience can consider • Interview is required Interested candidate please send your resume to kimberly.khoo@capitagrp or call 6603 3376 for more info.
