Temperance... Its an upbeat day, although we may be moving too fast to catch important messages, as the waxing Aries moon squares Mercury. In general, today should have less of the stress than yesterday, although we continue to favor individualism over cooperation. With the moon in fiery and independent Aries, paying attention to the other persons perspective is a bit challenging anyway. A trine to Jupiter in Leo this afternoon adds fuel to the fire, encouraging us to blaze our individual trails. Yet the last aspect the moon makes before going void is a square to Venus in Capricorn, suggesting that the more traditional side of relationship could provide a bit of tension, as our independent streak is countered by the demands of partnership. Responsibility and commitment provide a counterweight to independence and freedom, and finding a balance could be challenging. Remembering to make that phone call (or send a text, at least) could be key to maintaining harmony, although it may be that efforts appear to be (and perhaps are) a bit scrawny and perfunctory. If relationship issues do come up for you, remember that while your partner may seem to represent one side of the independence/responsibility conflict, everyone is experiencing both energies internally (the moon is in Aries and Venus is in Capricorn for everyone). Each of us has to work with the two sides simultaneously. Keep in mind, also, that this dynamic isnt restricted to romantic partnerships, but can also manifest in business, friendships and other joint endeavors. There may even be a bit of contention in more artistic/creative projects, as free-spirited expression is challenged by the demand that we color inside the lines.
