Tempo entered the program at 11 weeks on 9-22-13. We anticipate his mix to be Bordie Collie/American Bull Dog. He settled into his foster home immediately, curious yet respectful of the two older/larger dogs there. He is simply one of the happiest puppies you will meet. He loves people, greets everyone with the same amount of joy and vigor. Because hes a puppy he moves A LOT but he can quite easily entertain himself with his toys, bully sticks and marrow bones. In the first couple of days he whined in his crate but soon after he found it to be his haven and solace. While from his crate he has access to an xpen, he is not soiling it, even during the longer evening crash. Naturally as a baby he has the occasional house accident but has been very very good with a schedule of outside visits. Tempo is perfect for anyone looking to have a true energetic companion. Hes not high strung but he is active and wanting to be everywhere you are. He would love a family with young kids as he will jump in the play right along with them but would do equally well with a home without them. He is current around 13 weeks and weighs 16.5 pounds. It is very difficult to predict ultimate size so he could grow anywhere from 55 to 80 pounds. If interested, please apply through our application found on snootygiggles. If you work full time, we encourage you to see an older dog.
