Ten second break - I was mucking around with question of whether I needed a domain URL shortener plug-in and site to use it on, so I was looking at domain extensions and it all led to this ********** I find this funny regarding Cook Island (.ck) domains: Domains considered profane will not be considered on any level, and the application will be dissolved with the applicant being notified, and future requests for the same domain name will be ignored. .ck domains are monitored on the web, on a regular basis for profanity on the Internet if it is found to be doing so, or if the site is deemed inappropriate, the domain will be terminated without notification or refund. And, yet, the business domain extension is co.ck - so wicked.co.ck is that a no go, or book.co.ck ? :D Come on, guys...youre making this too hard (no pun intended) or too easy... This also makes for good reading - 101domain/co_ck.htm And then, as wiki notes: In the British sitcom Nathan Barley, the principal character registers his website, trashbat, in the Cook Islands simply so that it has the amusing .co.ck suffix, which he always pronounces dot cock. so, yeah ... trashbat.co.ck ********** Now I need to get back to writing about cock and not co.ck ...
