Ten years ago today us five young miscreants, plus our singer Oz, played our first show at the Crown and Cushion pub in Haslemere. We played 18 songs - opening with Blood Runs Down My Satisfied Face As I Scream With Delight and closing with Next Hour. In this foolishly ambitious long set we also covered Wish You Were Here, Disarm and Ziggy Stardust. God knows what we sounded like - the PA was hastily soldered together while we hastily drank our free beers / payment for the night. Thanks to all the brave souls who came down - many of whom we still see at shows. Cheers to Oz for singing covers with us before Flies, and for your one appearance with us. And thanks to Wills mum for making the poster! 10 years later - the pub is no more, but we are fighting onwards... This month we will be entering A-Tonal Recording Studio to record our second album. We think youll like it.... On 19th December well be celebrating our 10 years (hopefully with lots of you) at The Sebright Arms with our old mates Upcdownc and Obe (promoted by Step Sideways).
