Ten55 Brewing Julia. 6.5% ABV. Saison finished with brett and aged in Syrah barrels. Local Tucson, AZ brewerage. Funky nose, lots of barnyard funk, lemon peel, mango, wet hay, tangerine and crackery yeast notes. The taste is awesome. White pears, lemon, green grapes, oak, citrus, funky fruit, overripe green apples and a white wine grape backbone with a dry finish. Good god, Ten55, you guys have way outdone yourselves. Bravo, Im glad I got to try some. Thanks to Charles Lynch for the hook up, awesome dude. Now we enjoy.
