Tender Fuschias. Tender Fushias will not survive the winter - TopicsExpress

Tender Fuschias. Tender Fushias will not survive the winter frosts if unprotected. Pot. Lift the Fuschia plant out of its pot or from its planted position in your garden and shake off the compost from its roots. Re-plant the Fuschia into a new pot with fresh compost, leaves may drop off but this is nothing to worry about. Sun. Position the potted Fuschia in a sunny position to help ripen the stems. Position. Before the first frosts, move the plant to a light but cool and frost free position, such as a conservatory or porch. Aftercare. Only water the plant when the compost top drys out and the leaves have completely droped off but only just enough so the compost does not dry out completely. stortfordgardens.co.uk
