Tennessee U.S. Congressional District 1 Rep. Phil Roe (R) Congressman Roe is on record through media and news outlets as opposing medical cannabis without more research. If this is true, why does he keep voting against federal legislation that would place cannabis in a federal drug scheduling that would permit that research through U.S. universities and clinical studies, as well as patient trials? You cant have it both ways congressman, as the documented medical research on cannabinoids is readily available, and to obtain this research data YOU clamor for will require YOU to vote favorably for a federal scheduling that would permit it.
