Tennessee walker for sale :) 17yrs old but young at heart! :) GELDING (gelded late in life) About 16HH(I can get an accurate measurement in the next couple days) hes not afraid of ropes, can turn on a dime, I ride him in a side pull, cars, trucks, tarps on trailers, plastic bags, I havnt found anything that spooks him except whips while you ridding, but its not needed :) Walk, trot, canter, he will gate if you know how(but not on his own, unless hes lunging), he lunges AMAZINGLY(free or on a lunge line) no lunge whip needed but doesnt spook at it(only if your on him), ties, bathes, stands for farrier,picks up his feet VERY easily(I can do his front with just my foot), enjoys having a job to do, walks over water CONS: -afraid of whips while your ON him -needs a mare to bond to -gelded late in life so acts studdy still(not for beginner!) -needs stud facilities until he calms down - needs to be ridden every other day to keep him in line(the more you ride and bond with him the better he gets :) ) -he plays games to be caught(I will show you what I do) and I catch him easily **May be for an intermediate ridder if they also have a trainer Hes a great horse :) just too much for his green owners :) $1500 is a steal for this boy! He has MANY great years left, STONG HEALTHY legs, REGISTERED, no cinch issues, and very willing to please :) PM me with any questions or reasonable offers :) His price will increase as his training continues, get him while hes cheap! :) Come see him work!
