Teochew fishball noodles is one of the staple breakfast food in Singapore. This particular stall in Clementi central is simply called Teochew Fishball and serves a wholesome breakfast dish. The noodles were done al dente and accompanied by a fantastic tasting mixture of vinegar, pork lard oil and chilli which hits all the right places. Unfortunately their fishballs were abit of a disappointment and does not do the noodles justice. Although the fishballs were weighty but they tasted bland and slightly tough instead of springy.
