Teresa Has Just Sent in some very interesting information concerning SAPOL Came across some information today with regards to the Following: STH AUST police constable ~~DEREK EDWARD DOCKING~~ has bn found guilty by POLICE OMBUDSMAN ~~SARAH BOLT~~ of 132 improper checks on SAPOL PIMS computer. These checks included FEDERAL DEFENCE FORCE employees (DSTO). The case was heard in a closed courtroom where no victim was allowed and no media allowed. In a plea bargain he pleaded guilty to eight seperate breaches and had the other 124 quashed. For these 132 offences he was fined by SAPOL commissioner ~~MALCOLM HYDE~~ $300 which was deducted from his pay and paid back to SAPOL. ~~Not one victim of this mans corruptness was compensated.(Many dont even know).~~~~ ADVERTISER police reporters ~~NIGEL HUNT~~ and ~~BEN HYDE~~ refuse to report on this matter seeing as they r both related to x commissioner ~~DAVID HUNT~~ and x commissioner ~~MAL HYDE~~.Jobs for the boys literally here in SA. Think of all this next time u receive a traffic infringement notice . SEE if u can get a $3 fine for each offence or c if u can have 124 charges dropped. ~~SARAH BOLT~~ has also reneged on her MANDATORY OBLIGATION to report this matter to the DEFENCE FORCE and the FEDERAL POLICE of AUSTRALIA.
