Terms of reference for visual arts expression workshop Introduction Acid Survivors Foundation (ASF) Pakistan is a nonprofit organization registered in 2006 under Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance 1961 as a nonprofit organisation. ASF-Pak provides medical, psychosocial and legal support to the victims of acid attacks to ensure physical reconstruction and reintegration into the mainstream of the society. ASF-Pak also has initiatives to engage the media and overall society in the implementation of prevention activities. Assignment: - Organizing 1 visual arts expression workshop inclusive of 10 participants for 3 weeks in ASF Nursing Care Rehabilitation Unit - Women and children will be taught to express themselves, see others and themselves through different lenses via the art of photography - Final exhibition organized towards the end of workshop within the shelter - Participants can later on train other survivors on a peer to peer basis Deliverables: - Inception report - Visual arts expression workshop report and participant’s feedback - Final photographs for the exhibition Consultancy duration The assignment should be completed with a period 30 days. Qualifications and experience Individual consultants/organisations/companies with a proven track record with relevant are invited to apply. Applicants should demonstrate the following skills and experience: Essential • At least 5 years experience in conducting visual arts expression workshops , delivery of support & related services on time • Excellent communication, facilitation and reporting skills in Urdu & English (written deliverables need to be in English) Proposal submission ASF is inviting proposals from interested parties. Proposals should include individual and / or organisational profile, a work-plan along with proposed methodology and detailed budget reflecting the required services as given in ToRs.
